“I became a volunteer for the Dream Factory when I was in my first year of secondary school, my first fundraising event was packing bags in Marks and Spencer’s during the Christmas period and I absolutely loved it.
“I met Avril and her lovely team for the first time and I was in awe of their hard work and dedication towards granting the dreams of children with life-limiting conditions, I have gone on to be a part of many more amazing events and have even been the mascot character! I am also a healthcare assistant and I will begin my training to become a registered midwife next year, I love to help others and give back to society and working with the Dream Factory helps me do exactly that!
