Jake is 19 years old and suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Due to the complexities of organising a trip abroad, he has not been away with his family for a very long time, but he desperately wanted to go to Paris and the Dream Factory arranged this.
The following is from Jake:
“Hello It’s Jake here I would just like to say a massive Thank you, to you and everyone involved for the opportunity to go to Paris. We had a fabulous week and did everything I wanted to do, The Eurostar was just amazing and something I have always wanted to travel on and now I can say I have travelled in the Eurostar, thanks so much.
We visited many places including the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, The Louvre, Champs Elysees, le Concorde, Notre Dame and we also took a river cruise on the River Seine. Amongst these key places in Paris we explored probably all of Paris and visited some really amazing places and without your guys this would not have been possible so thanks very much. Would also like to say how amazing the hotel was, it was just perfect the staff looked after us so much and gave us advice on how to get around and everything it was perfect and also we must have seen the Arc de Triomphe everyday which was just amazing to be staying so close to one of the biggest attractions in Paris was fantastic.
