Luisa is sixteen years old and has been diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare genetic condition that causes a wide range of physical symptoms.
Prader-Willi syndrome is caused by some missing genetic material in a group of genes on chromosome number 15.
Luisa is a huge Chelsea FC supporter and her dream was to meet Chelsea football team and watch them train especially Mason Mount.
Luisa was so excited when The Dream Factory told her we were going to grant her dream she had us all in tears!
