Lovely 13 year old Joshua Bowman who is 13 completed a 130 cycle and running challenge raising £676.
‘I am going to run and cycle 130 miles between now and my Bar Mitzvah to help raise money to support Dreams for children who have had difficult challenges in their life.
As I have been preparing for my Bar Mitzvah I have been learning about Tzedakah. It means “charity” or “justice” and its really important in Judaism. As I become an adult I should put 10% of my effort into helping and giving to others who may be in less fortunate situations. I hope you will support me on that journey.’
Joshua was also inspired to raise funds for The Dream Factory after looking at our website and reading about other young people who have raised money for us.
Well done Joshua on your amazing achievement and for supporting The Dream Factory, helping more dream come true
