We are very proud to announce that Mitchell Goldie is joining our Board of Trustees.
In 2018, Mitchell, aged 19, was elected as the youngest councillor in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. In 2022, he was re-elected and he is currently serving as Opposition Chief Whip.
Professionally, Mitchell specialises in communications and he works in Parliament for a high-profile Member of Parliament, ex leader of the Conservative Party and Former Secretary of State. He has worked on numerous political campaigns including the successful 2016 referendum campaign, both 2017 and 2019 General Election, as well as leadership campaigns for three former Prime Ministers.
Since December 2022, Mitchell has been fundraising for the Dream Factory. At Christmas, he organised a Santa Tour across Chingford to raise funds. He is currently training for the 2024 London Marathon where he will be running for the charity. To date, he has raised £7,500 for the charity and in his new role as trustee he hopes to focus on the marketing and promotion of the charity.
