Two Dream Factory Supporters raised over £17,500 at London Marathon

Two supporters of The Dream Factory have already raised over £17,500 for the charity after completing Sunday’s London Marathon.

Ross Ritchie crossed the finish line in 4hrs 24mins 18secs.

He said: “It was the honour of a lifetime to run for the incredible charity. I couldn’t be prouder to play a small part in granting more dreams for The Dream Factory.”

Mitchell Goldie, who completed the 26.2 miles in 4hrs 45mins 51secs, said: “It was an experience I’ll never forget, the atmosphere and encouragement from strangers at the tough moments gets you around the 26.2 miles.”

He added he was “incredibly proud” to have raised almost £14,000.”

Charity founder Avril Mills said: “We are so proud of both Mitchell and Ross. They both trained so hard.

“It was a pleasure to go up to London to support them both. They have raised thousands of pounds for us, which in turn will help us to grant many more dreams.”
