Andrea Ince, Managing Director of Ince PR has been key to keeping The Dream Factory in the minds of our supporters for many years and even more so during the last 3 months and this is why she totally deserves to be our Volunteer Hero of the Week.
Andrea has been working with us on a voluntary basis for a couple of years now, helping us with our PR and Marketing. While the office team have been furloughed, Andrea has also been looking after our Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts and we are very grateful to her for that.
Andrea has over 25 years of Marketing and PR experience in many sectors and has an extensive expertise in bringing businesses together to help them grow and achieve, as well as marketing to clients and the media. Read Andrea’s story below as to how she came to know about The Dream Factory:-
“I first met Avrll Mills BEM at Orsett Hall about 7 years ago when The Dream Factory had one of their Balls there. I was struck by how enthusiastic Avril and the team were and having a family of my own, I also loved everything that The Dream Factory does and stands for. I run my own PR and Marketing Agency, Ince PR and decided to volunteer at a Charity to give something back and I chose The Dream Factory.
I voluntarily assist with the PR and Marketing and thoroughly enjoy it. I was very pleased to have been able to assist even more in the last 3 months, helping with the social media and working with Jayne Burton helping to promote the charity.
