Everyone is welcome to watch our Whizzing Wheelchairs 5K Event on Sunday 22nd May at Redbridge Cycle Centre, Forest Road , Ilford. Races start at 12pm
Last year was a very successful and fun event and this year will be attended by our Patrons Michael Watson MBE, Colin Mcmillan BEM and Anne Wafula-Strike MBE.
