Annmarie was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and Tonic Clonic Epilepsy.
Her dream was to go to Disneyland Paris to celebrate her 10th Birthday. She adores the Disney Princesses especially Elsa, so The Dream Factory, as well arranging a trip to Disneyland, also arranged lunch with the princesses.
