Twenty-year-old Emily was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and received treatment from Addenbrookes Hospital.
Emily’s dream was for a Apple iPad Pro package to help her get back into studying.
Emily said:
‘One of the most devastating things about cancer for me was being absent from sixth form for so long, and being forced to watch all my friends sit their exams without me. My dream is really important to me because it will help me at university, and that reminds me how far I’ve come against all the odds to get an offer to study a degree in English Literature.’
