Fourteen year old Amir was diagnosed with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 3). Amir is a full time wheel chair user and fully reliant on carers. He has also been diagnosed with scoliosis and is reliant on a BIPAP machine during the night.
Amir’s dream was for the latest Apple iPhone.
This is the message from Amir’s mum which was sent to us after his dream was granted.
Dear Dream Factory Charity,
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for making my son’s dream come true. He had expressed a heartfelt wish to have an iPhone, as he currently does not have any phone of his own.
I want to extend a special thank you to Maureen and her husband, who visited our home during the application process. Their kindness and warmth made a lasting impression on us, and we truly appreciate their support.
My son is overjoyed with his new iPhone, and his excitement knows no bounds. Your generosity has brought immense happiness to our family, and we are incredibly grateful for your assistance in fulfilling his dream.
