Glade Community Singers held a successful Summer Concert at St John’s Church, Buckhurst Hill, Essex. which included refreshments and raffle raising £1,800
June’s Birthday
Lovely June, our supporter and volunteer recently celebrated a very special birthday. She asked her family and friends rather than buying her a present to make a donation to The Dream Factory.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who contributed, we were able to grant Anne’s dream. Anne is a truly deserving recipient, and her dream was a toy shopping spree at Hamleys in London . The staff and at Hamleys and our Dream Volunteers Annabel and Jane, made sure Anne was thoroughly spoiled and made a real fuss of helping to create a truly special and memorable experience.
Soapbox Derby
Caroline, Richard, Steve, Amy, and other family members and friends organised a family event in Billericay, Essex, raised funds where they raced their homemade go-karts.
Aveley FC Community Day
Aveley Football Club held their Community Day and supported The Dream Factory. Our wonderful Ambassadors, Aiden Honey and Isaiah and former dream recipient Ethan came along and joined in all the fun.
Sally’s Birthday
Lovely Sally who used to work in The Dream Factory office recently celebrated a special birthday. Instead of gifts Sally asked friends and family to make a donation to The Dream Factory.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who contributed, we were able to grant a dream of a sensory projector, sensory discs, and a screen for a young person living with a complex respiratory condition, who is wheelchair-dependent and non-verbal. This dream will create both benefit and joy to the recipient.
Wendy Hill & Friends
Wendy Hill and friends raised £650 in memory of Maisie Weir who we granted a dream of garden toys in 2020.
Hammond & Smith Estate Agents
Hammond & Smith Estate Agents in Epping Essex supported The Dream Factory throughout December. Their beautiful Christmas window display features a magical Dream Factory steam train. They also had a stand raising funds at The Epping Christmas Market.
Treats for Kids
Wonderful Rico and Neo who donated an amazing 320 Cadbury selection boxes. These will be used as presents from Santa, at the Chingford Christmas Market on 20th December.
Quiz Night Fun
Clr Mitchell Goldie arranged and hosted a quiz night in Chingford, Essex, attended by 120 people and raising over £2,000

Debbie who works for Medigold nominated The Dream Factory for their Community Impact Programme and donated £250
Comedy Night at
Tandori Lounge restaurant in Hornchurch Essex hosted a comedy night supporting The Dream Factory. Comedians, Patrick Monahan, Dane Baptiste, Jason King and Jason King had the diners in stiches all evening and raised £510
Kimberley Tonner
Kimberley organised a hugely successful quiz at Wake Up Cafe in Chingford and raised £485.00
