Maheen Khan is 20 years old and is from Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire. Maheen has been diagnosed with Cornelia de Lange syndrome. She is totally dependent on others, and uses a wheelchair and is fed via a pump.
Maheen loves being outdoors and is always smiling and reacting positively.
Maheen’s dream was to have a break in London with her family during the Queens Jubilee Celebration. The family stayed in a hotel apartment in London and booked tickets for The London Eye and River Cruise.
