Adorable Monnay is 9 years old and has been diagnosed with Battens Disease. Battens disease has rapid deterioration and Monnay has no mobility, suffers from seizures and hallucinations. Monnay’s speech and eyesight is severely affected and she is totally dependent on care given to her by her mum.
Monnay and her family were due to go to Peppa Pig World but the trip had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Monnay’s family dream to create as many memories as possible so we decided to make this Christmas really special and send them to the magical Lapland UK
The family were driven to the gorgeous Coppid Beech Hotel where they stayed overnight and enjoyed the beautiful facilities including the swim mining pool.
The next day they were transported to Lapland UK where they met elves, visited the Toy Factory and met Santa Claus himself. They were at the centre of Christmas. Monnay and her family also received a special delivery of gifts from Santa.
Monnays said : First smile of the day from our Mon in fact first smiles in a long time.

Firstly I would like to commend and thank Seema and her Team for the amazing way they have managed and plan our trip and purchased gifts for my girls.
Due to Monnays condition we do not often get such great opportunities to have an amazing time and that we did.
Seema has stayed in contact throughout and offered us such great support from start to finish and this is a memory we will always cherish.
