Five year old Ermir was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and is currently undergoing Chemotherapy. Ermir has also been diagnosed with ASD and Weavers Syndrome.
Ermir’s dream is to go to a theme park with his family. The Dream Factory have arranged for an overnight stay at Chessington World of Adventures for the family to enjoy.
