Five year old Ermir was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and is currently undergoing Chemotherapy. Ermir has also been diagnosed with ASD and Weavers Syndrome.
Ermir’s dream was was an overnight stay at Chessington World of Adventures with his family.
