Gorgeous twelve year old Jasmine from Romford, Essex has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.Jasmine is wheelchair bound and has the understanding and communication of a four to five year old. Due to being diagnosed with Dyphagia Jasmine is tube fed and she also has scoliosis to the top of her spine which results in her having painful back and joints.Jasmine’s dream was to have a Nintendo Switch and Games especially Mario Kart.The Dream Factory were delighted to grant this dream.
