From the first time I met the lovely Avril and Annabel at Addenbrookes, it was so exciting and they asked me everything I’d want as a dream… they took every little detail, to make something that will never be forgotten!!
On the 20th August 2020, Me and Cam got picked up from Kings Cross station in millionaire style by a chauffeur who greeted us and took our bags then drove us to our amazing hotel London Marriott County Hall Hotel. We were met by the lovely Jemma who made my stay at the hotel one to remember. We got greeted at the door with The Most Incredible Gin I have ever had, we’re wishing we brought some home! We were then taken to our suite which over looked the River Thames and the London Eye, it was so beautiful!
After we’d settled in the room for a bit we went down and had the yummiest lunch where we sat at the best table in the house. Safe to say we were spoilt for choice on the menu. After lunch we got picked up by our chauffeur again and we went to have champagne in The Shard. Once again the view was amazing and we were very lucky to have a very sunny day too.
Once we’d got back to the hotel we relaxed for a bit after all the excitement of the morning! We were then taken down for dinner to have a lovely steak dinner and a Gin Master Class which was given to us by the head bartender in our hotel where again we had more of the most amazing Gin. After dinner we returned back to our stunning room and sat on our balcony to enjoy the view of London at night, then to have some well needed sleep.
Then In the morning we got to see the most beautiful view of London, one that I will definitely miss waking up too. Then we went had some more yummy food, I went for pancakes if course!!
After breakfast we met our chauffeur to take us to Selfridges, we received goody bags with loads of lovely treats in it and got taken to the bar. Once we’d had a drink we started shopping where I treated myself to a new pair of trainers, some balenciagas sock trainers, a Tiffany ring and a some other little bits, I felt well and truly spoilt! Before we went back to the hotel to get ready to go home we had one last stop… some lovely champagne afternoon tea at the Ritz. I have never have had better cake, it was sooo yummy. Once we’d finished, our chauffeur picked up us for the last time to collect our bags and say our thank you and good byes. Definitely feeling so lucky and spoilt🤩
