17 year old Noah was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma.
Noah has been a lifelong AFC Wimbledon fan with his dad and grandfather. Noah’s dream was to have a Meet and Greet with the AFC Wimbledon players and a tour of the home ground.
The Dream Factory would like to thank AFC Wimbledon which gave 3 generations a memorable experience creating magical memories that will last forever.

Hi Seema, thank you so much for organising the match day. Noah had a great time (although the game finished 0-0!) and my father in-law was very grateful to be included in the big day ( the manager was impressed about his stories of going to see AFC in 1958!)
