Sebastian is 19 and was diagnosed with Philadelphia Chromosome Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Sebastian has undergone extensive chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant and endured long stays in hospital.Sebastian is a huge Manchester United fan and his dream was to Meet the Manchester United Team and watch a football match at Old Trafford.

With the help of the Manchester United Foundation The Dream Factory organised a meet and greet with the team.
