WELCOME TO  CLLR. MITCHELL GOLDIE, OUR NEW CHAIR OF TRUSTEES

Mitchell is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Dream Factory Children’s Charity, appointed in July 2025 after many years as a volunteer fundraiser and trustee. He has helped raise over £25,000 for the charity through regular fundraising events, including running the 2024 London Marathon. Mitchell is deeply committed to ensuring that The Dream Factory continues to grant wishes for generations to come, bringing joy to children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.

Professionally, Mitchell is an experienced political campaigner, specialising in grassroots campaigning and strategic communications. His work has taken him across the Caribbean, Europe, and the United Kingdom, where he has supported a range of impactful campaigns.

In 2018, Mitchell was elected as a councillor for North Chingford at the age of 19, becoming the youngest councillor in the history of Waltham Forest. Born and raised in the local area, he continues to proudly serve the community he calls home.
