Phoebe aged 13 was born 15 weeks premature and has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, autism and learning difficulties.
Pheobe is a ray of sunshine and a absolute joy to be around and her personality shines brighter than any star.
Pheobe’s dream since a young age was to have a bike but despite the families best efforts Pheobe has never been able to grasp the motion of riding a bike. During lockdown and watching her sister ride a bike Pheobe’s family found a specially adapted bike which would be perfect for Pheobe.
