2.6 Challenge Thank You!!
Sending all of our 2.6 fundraisers a huge Thank you!!
Collectively you all raised a grand total of £2761.00 with your superb fundraising efforts which will go towards us making more dreams for children with life limiting and life threatening conditions.
Thank you also to everyone who donated and those who have supported The Dream Factory during these difficult times.

Thank you for making Dreams come true
The Dream Factory are so proud to be able to say that even in these unprecedented times and with so much uncertainty we have been able grant three Dreams with another one on the way.
We have delivered an iPhone, a laptop, a PS4 and a television to dream children.
We would like to thank Hardsoft Computers and RGB Direct Electrical Superstore for all their help in making these dreams come true.

Our Sally’s leaving
We have been so very fortunate that over the past five years Sally Potter has been our administrator and friend. In addition, she has volunteered her time, helped to grant dreams and taken part in many events. She is, and will always be, part of Our Dream Factory Family.

An amazing £5779 raised by Three Rivers
Sharon, the Lady Captain of Three Rivers Golf Club, presented us with a cheque for £5779.08 in support of The Dream Factory. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Three Rivers for nominating us as their Charity of the Year and for raising such a fabulous amount.

N2Group are one of our ongoing supporters and have made us their Charity of the Year several times, producing some magnificent fundraising material on our behalf. They have recently printed fantastic leaflets and supplied us with headed paper, pull up banners, pop up banners and a wonderful flag banner.

Meet our first new Ambassador of 2020
Hi I’m Lydia and I’m 15 years old and I’m excited to be part of the Dream Factory Young Ambassadors team.
My dream was to go to EuroDisney, which the Dream Factory granted in 2012. I went with my mum, dad and little sister Poppy.

Archie raises money for The Dream Factory
A big thank you to Archie for raising £332.27. For over 30 years the Basildon and District Camping Group has been organising summer activity camps for young people (aged 11-18 years old) from local Boys Brigade and Girls Associations/Brigades….

Thank you to 1st North Springfield Scouts
Anabel & Avril visited 1st North Springfield scouts who have been fundraising for The Dream Factory over Christmas by collecting at Tesco’s. They were all very interested in hearing about what we do and they asked us many questions. They raised £434, an amazing amount that will go towards granting more Dreams.

In Memory of Beautiful Ruby
In January, members of the team at The Dream Factory attended the funeral for beautiful Ruby. It was a touching tribute and celebration of her life.
Ruby’s Dream was to have a golden retriever. She named her puppy Star. But the real star was Ruby who was such a brave and beautiful young lady.
