Georgina Rickards is aged 25 and is in remission from Hodgkins Lymphoma. Her dream was to go to Cornwall with her partner and we have since found out they wanted to elope.
The Dream Factory booked them a stay at the wonderful Treganna Castle Hotel and gave them spending money so they could enjoy all that Cornwall had to offer.
They enjoyed a beautiful afternoon tea from the gorgeous Carbis Bay Estate
Georgina has been patiently waiting for this dream since 2019, as we have had to keep her application on hold due to the pandemic.
Georgina sent us this message:
‘We had such a lovely time, thank you so much to the charity for paying for our trip. St Ives was absolutely beautiful, the weather was great too the resort was a great place to stay with wonderful facilities.
We actually decided to elope in Cornwall when we were down there! We had a little ceremony by the beach. So St Ives felt like a little honeymoon for us we are so grateful. Thank you again!’
